Pork knuckle in the oven
It's good that there is a "Maheev" marinade in the world, it is so easy to do everything with it when there is not enough time for anything.
Ingredients
- pork knuckle 1 kg
- marinade "Maheev" 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 4 pcs.
- basil 1 tsp
- quince 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash the pork knuckle, scrape it, dry it, pour the Maheev marinade over it, leave it for at least 3 hours and turn it periodically.
Step 2
Make several cuts in the skin and put in them the garlic cut into several pieces, grease with grated quince and sprinkle with basil. Wrap in foil (several layers) or put in a baking sleeve. Bake for 2 hours at 180-200 ° C. For a golden brown crust, unfold the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
