Meat terrine with nuts and dried cranberries
Ingredients
  • minced beef 650 g
  • chicken liver 200 g
  • salt to taste
  • garlic, clove 2 pcs.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • bacon 250 g
  • port wine 50 ml
  • freshly ground black pepper - to taste
  • egg 1 pc.
  • butter 3 tbsp.
  • nuts (walnuts and pistachios) 60 g
  • dried cranberries 50 g
  • dried thyme 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil 1 tbsp.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Line a rectangular shape with thin strips of bacon overlapping so that the edges hang down.
Step 2
Transfer half of the minced meat into a mold, then spread the chopped nuts and dried cranberries over the surface of the minced meat.
Step 3
Cover with the other half of the minced meat, level the surface and cover with strips of bacon.
