Fried meat pies
Delicious, hearty, golden fried meat pies!
Ingredients
- wheat flour 500 g
- milk 300 ml
- butter 50 g
- sugar 0.75 tbsp
- salt 1 tsp
- dry yeast 1.5 tsp
- For filling:
- minced meat 500 g
- onion 2 pcs.
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- cold water 70 ml
- for frying:
- vegetable oil 1.5 cup (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Add sugar and yeast to warm milk. leave in a warm place for 10 minutes. Add softened butter, salt. Then the sifted flour. Knead the dough.
Step 2
Leave in a warm place, let rise, wrinkle. Let it rise again.
Step 3
Grind both onions with a blender. Add minced meat, salt, black pepper, cold water. Mix.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 13-14 balls. Make a cake from each ball. Add a tablespoonful of filling. Form pies. I form with a triangle, like samsa.
Step 5
Heat oil in a frying pan, pour oil no less than 2 fingers high. Lightly slap the pies between your palms.
Step 6
Spread seam side down in the pan.
Step 7
Fry over medium heat, on both sides, until tender. Put the finished pies on a paper towel, let the excess oil soak.
