Pork ribs in mustard-tomato sauce
Juicy and tasty ribs for lunch or dinner for the whole family.
Ingredients
- pork ribs 600 g
- onion 1 pc.
- sugar 0.5 tsp.
- mustard marinade TM Maheev 80 g
- ketchup chili TM MAheev 4 tbsp
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- salt 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sprinkle with sugar. Squeeze with your fingers until juice is released. Place on ribs and stir.
Step 2
Mix ribs with onions with mustard marinade TM Maheev and ketchup TM Makheev. Salt a little and pour in vegetable oil. Mix well and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.
Step 3
Cook the ribs in the oven, barbecue or on a wire rack until golden brown.
