Cutlets with semolina and mustard
One of my favorite recipes. The cutlets are the most tender without any bread.
Ingredients
- homemade minced meat 500 g
- semolina 2 tbsp
- mustard 2 tsp
- mayonnaise 1 tbsp.
- onions 1 pc.
- egg 1 pc.
- salt 1/2 tsp
- spices 1 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Add semolina, mustard and egg to the minced meat, mix until smooth and leave for 30 minutes or more, so that the semolina swells and the mass becomes fluffy.
