Shish kebab is not often prepared from lamb, but in vain. Lamb meat is tender and delicate, moreover, it does not have such a pronounced smell as that of lamb. To make the lamb kebab more tender and aromatic, you can pre-marinate it.
Ingredients
- lamb - 1 kg
- onions - 2-3 pieces
- carbonated drinking water - 100 ml
- vegetable oil - 100 ml
- coarse sea salt, pepper
- satsebeli sauce and pita bread for serving

Step 1
Cut the meat into 50-60 g pieces and place in a bowl. Add the onion, cut into half rings, salt, pepper, soda water and vegetable oil. Marinate for at least 6 hours.
