Ingredients
  • pork (tenderloin) - 500 g
  • onions - 150 g
  • champignons - 200 g
  • vegetable oil for frying and deep frying
  • cream (22%) - 500 ml
  • sour cream - 200 ml
  • potatoes - 600 g
  • cornice - 60 g
  • pickled tomatoes, preferably cherry - 60 g
  • onion - 40 g
  • butter (room temperature) - 1 tbsp. with top
  • garlic - 2 cloves

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Prepare garlic oil. Finely chop the garlic and add to soft butter, mix well. Put in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Cut the onion into strips, the champignons - in a medium slice, the tenderloin - in a block.
Step 3
Fry onions, mushrooms and meat in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil. Add spices, cream, sour cream, garlic oil. Evaporate until the sauce thickens.
