Roaster with pork in a creamy mushroom sauce
A roaster with pork in a creamy mushroom sauce is a dish for a large company. Pork and a couple of beers are all you need to celebrate Oktoberfest.
- pork (tenderloin) - 500 g
- onions - 150 g
- champignons - 200 g
- vegetable oil for frying and deep frying
- cream (22%) - 500 ml
- sour cream - 200 ml
- potatoes - 600 g
- cornice - 60 g
- pickled tomatoes, preferably cherry - 60 g
- onion - 40 g
- butter (room temperature) - 1 tbsp. with top
- garlic - 2 cloves
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Prepare garlic oil. Finely chop the garlic and add to soft butter, mix well. Put in the refrigerator.
Cut the onion into strips, the champignons - in a medium slice, the tenderloin - in a block.
Fry onions, mushrooms and meat in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil. Add spices, cream, sour cream, garlic oil. Evaporate until the sauce thickens.
