Vegetable salad with fetax
Delicious fresh vegetable salad with Fetaxa from Hochland.
- small tomatoes 6 pcs.
- small cucumbers 3 pcs.
- small onions 1 pc.
- Fetaxa Hochland cheese 100 g
- sweet pepper of different color 2 pcs.
- pitted olives 10 pcs.
- lettuce leaves 6 pcs.
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- mustard oil 4 tablespoons
- soy sauce 2 pcs.
- white grape vinegar 1 tbsp
- ground black pepper 1 pinch
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Wash cucumbers, dry, cut into thin circles.
Wash the tomatoes, dry with a paper towel. Cut into small wedges.
Pepper to clean from seeds and partitions, wash, dry. Cut into small pieces.
Peel and wash the onion. Cut into medium slices. Put onion in a sieve and pour over with boiling water. Let the water drain and dry the onion with a paper towel.
Remove the Hochland Fetaxu cheese from the brine and cut into small cubes.
Remove the olives from the jar, dry, cut in half. If the fruits are small, they can be left intact.
In a bowl, combine chopped vegetables, most of the cheese and most of the olives, add a little salt and sugar, and stir.
Wash lettuce leaves, dry with a towel. Tear into small pieces with your hands and place in a serving plate.
Put the vegetables from a cup to the salad leaves and stir gently.
For dressing, combine mustard oil, soy sauce, grape vinegar, pepper, beat with a whisk.
Pour the dressing over the salad, top with the remaining cheese and olives. Serve the salad to the table. Directly on the table, the salad can be mixed again.
