Nostalgic salad olivier
This Olivier is as close as possible to the version that most of us remember from childhood - with Doctor's sausage. Only for the festive table, we prepared a more interesting option to taste, replacing the boiled sausage with boiled brisket.
Ingredients
- egg - 4 pcs.
- boiled potatoes - 160 g
- baked carrots - 100 g
- pickled cucumbers - 100 g
- boiled brisket - 180 g
- green peas - 80 g
- salt - 4 g
- mayonnaise - 160 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil soft-boiled egg. Cut in half, leaving most of the yolk in one of the pieces.
Step 2
Peel potatoes and carrots.
Step 3
Cut the remaining protein, cucumbers, prepared vegetables and boiled brisket into small cubes. Add green peas, salt and stir.
Step 4
Season the salad with mayonnaise. Place on a platter and steal with half an egg.
