Cabbage, beet and carrot brush salad
Fresh grated vegetable salad is a light detox option. It not only "cleans" the stomach and intestines from toxins, but also supplies us with a shock dose of vitamins.
Ingredients
- 1 medium beet
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small red chili
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Chop or grate cabbage, beets (raw) and carrots.
Step 2
Put the cabbage in a bowl, salt and mash with your hands. Add carrots and beets.
Step 3
Season with pepper, season with olive oil, lemon juice and stir.
