Salad Brush with Asian Dressing
The main feature of this detox salad is the interesting Asian dressing. It uses ingredients of Japanese cuisine, and the Japanese, as you know, are a nation of long-livers. Such a salad can even be put on a festive table: it will not seem to anyone dietary and boring, and completely non-turnover - very light and spicy.
Ingredients
- 100 g red cabbage
- 100 g white cabbage
- 100 g of carrots
- 80 g of radish
- 40 g soybean sprouts
- 70 g fresh cucumbers
- 15 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 25 g unrefined cane sugar
- 80 ml Mitsukan rice vinegar
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 20 ml light soy sauce
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Place all sauce ingredients in a blender and whisk.
Step 2
Chop all vegetables or cut into thin strips, add soybean sprouts.
Step 3
Season the salad with the sauce, place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
