Turkish salad with bulgur
A huge amount of greenery, benefits and a unique aroma. It won't take you long, but it will leave a pleasant fresh aftertaste.
Ingredients
- bulgur 150 g
- garlic 1 pc.
- tomatoes 2 pcs.
- cucumbers 1 pc.
- green onions 1 bunch (s)
- parsley 2 bunch (s)
- dill 1 bunch (s)
- mint 0.3 bunch (s)
- lemon juice 3 tsp.
- olive oil 5 tablespoons
- salt 0.5 tsp
- ground pepper 1 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry bulgur in it for 5-10 minutes. Add water in a 2: 1 ratio with cereals. Cook until tender, until it absorbs water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the greens into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into small cubes. Rub the garlic into a fine grater.
