Green salad with shrimps and hard cheese
A green salad with shrimps and hard cheese will be quite appropriate both on a festive table and for lunch or dinner on a weekday.
Ingredients
- leaf lettuce 0.25 bunch (a)
- avocado 0.25 pcs.
- cucumber 0.5 pcs.
- peeled shrimps 10 pcs.
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- olive oil 3 tablespoons
- black pepper to taste pinch (s)
- hard cheese 15 g
- hot pepper to taste g
- tabasco 2 drops ml
- dill 5 g
- salt to taste pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash lettuce leaves, dry, tear with hands. Put on a dish.
Step 2
Cut the peeled avocado and cucumber into small slices.
Step 3
Place the avocado and cucumber slices on the lettuce.
Step 4
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil, add black and hot peppers, fry the shrimp for 10 seconds on each side. Place the warm shrimp on top of the salad.
Step 5
Dressing: Mix the remaining oil with lemon juice, black pepper, a pinch of salt and tabasco.
Step 6
Pour the dressing over the salad. Sprinkle with crumbled cheese. Decorate with dill.
