Broccoli and mozzarella salad with orange dressing
This salad of broccoli and mozzarella with orange dressing can be served with both meat and fish. Although, to be honest, he is very good on his own.
Ingredients
- 2 broccoli florets
- 2 large mozzarella balls
- 2 tbsp. l. softened butter
- 5 tbsp. l. ground crackers
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 4 stalks of green onions
- salt
- 2 tbsp. l. dijon mustard
- juice of ½ lemon or orange
- 1 st. l. Teddy bear
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 5-6 st. l. olive oil
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences and cook in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to ice water, then pat dry.
Step 2
Prepare mustard dressing. Combine all the ingredients in a jar, seal and shake until they become one whole.
Step 3
Make a crispy breading. Melt butter in a frying pan, add breadcrumbs there, add thyme leaves, a pinch of salt and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 4
Cut the mozzarella into slices or slices. Arrange broccoli, chopped mozzarella into bowls, top with mustard dressing, sprinkle generously with crispy breading and chopped green onions.
