Salad with seaweed, vegetables and egg
Ingredients
- dried seaweed 25 g
- sea salt to taste
- radish 3 pcs.
- fresh cucumber 1 pc.
- egg 1 pc.
- olive oil 1.5 tbsp
- mixture of peppers to taste
- lemon juice 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare ingredients. Wash and dry vegetables and green onions. boil the egg hard.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over dry seaweed and let the cabbage swell. Then drain the water.
Step 3
Cut the radish and cucumber into strips. Finely chop the green onion.
Step 4
Peel the egg, cut into slices (leave a couple of slices for decoration), finely chop the rest and add to the salad. For dressing, combine olive oil with lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste, beat dressing.
Step 5
Put the prepared salad on a dish, pour over with the dressing, decorate with egg wedges. Enjoy your meal!
