Cold watermelon with soft cheese, dried tomatoes and pomegranate granite
Watermelon served with cream cheese will surprise few people today. But add granite made from sweet pomegranate juice to it - and this gives the effect of a flavor explosion. A real fireworks display of emotions for those who like cooler desserts.
Ingredients
- watermelon - 200 g
- cherry tomatoes - 200g
- rosemary - 30g
- vegetable oil - 100 ml
- mint - 10 g
- quince - 10 g
- cream - 200 ml.
- lemon juice - 15 ml.
- pomegranate juice - 170 ml.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
For granite, freeze the pomegranate juice.
Step 2
For rosemary oil, heat the vegetable oil to 120 degrees, dip the rosemary in it, cool it and let it brew for a day.
Step 3
For dried tomatoes. Blanch the tomatoes, then remove the peel and bake at 100 degrees for 1 hour with the addition of salt and sugar. Then we put it in rosemary oil and store it in it.
