One of the most favorite dishes of the inhabitants of the post-Soviet space is the Olivier salad. This salad of a hereditary French culinary specialist has become an indispensable attribute on any festive table of a domestic gourmet.
Ingredients
- potatoes 5 pcs.
- carrots 2 pcs.
- boiled sausage 450 g
- eggs 4 pcs.
- pickled cucumbers 600 g
- can of canned peas 1 pc.
- onion 1 pc.
- mayonnaise
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Rinse thoroughly and boil potatoes and carrots in their uniforms. Cool the finished vegetables and peel them.
Step 2
Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.
Step 3
Finely chop the boiled carrots.
Step 4
Cut the eggs into cubes.
Step 5
Cut the boiled sausage into cubes.
Step 6
Chop the pickles finely.
Step 7
Drain the juice from the canned peas.
Step 8
Finely dice the onion.
Step 9
