Salad with seaweed and tomatoes
This seaweed salad is perfect as a side dish with fried fish and garlic rice.
Ingredients
- dried seaweed 100 g
- tomato 2 pcs.
- red onion 1/4 cup (s)
- wine vinegar (or any aromatic vinegar) 2 tbsp.
- salt 1/2 tsp
- sugar 1/2 tsp.
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Soak the seaweed for 5 minutes in warm salted water. Drain, towel dry and refrigerate.
Step 2
Combine seaweed, onion, tomatoes.
