Light salad with seaweed, nori and orange dressing
Ingredients
- seaweed 150 g
- beets 150 g
- apple (sweet and sour varieties) 100 g
- orange 2 pcs.
- nori (in sheets for sushi) 2 pcs.
- Adyghe cheese 150 g
- salt 0.5 tsp
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
- sugar 1 tsp.
- apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
- mustard 0.5 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel the beets and cut into thin strips.
Step 2
Cut the apple into strips. Put in water with a little lemon juice.
Step 3
Dressing: Mix the juice of one orange with olive oil, salt, sugar, mustard and apple cider vinegar.
Step 4
We mix the seaweed, apple, beet and cheese. Watering with dressing. Sprinkle with nori slices on top and lay out segments of one orange.
