Halibut salad with Baku tomatoes
Halibut meat is quite tender and completely low-fat - an excellent option for a nutritious and healthy salad, to which we added fragrant juicy Baku tomatoes and seasoned with sweet and sour sauce. We got an unusual combination of tastes - salty, sweet and sour.
Ingredients
- halibut - 400 g
- Baku tomatoes - 240 g
- red onion - 40 g
- lemon fresh - 20 ml
- honey - 20 g
- salt - 8 g
- dill - 20 g
- vegetable oil
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut halibut fillet into thin slices, salt and leave for about 45 minutes.
Step 2
For the sauce, combine vegetable oil, lemon juice and honey.
Step 3
Put coarsely chopped tomatoes in the center of the plate, top with slices of lightly salted halibut, coarsely chopped onions, dill. Season with sauce and mix well.
