Ginger latte

An invigorating hint of ginger in your morning coffee is what you need to wake up on an alarm clock. But to spend the whole day in an exceptionally pink color, use hibiscus as well. Grinding it in a blender or coffee maker is a matter of a couple of seconds. But what an effect! Hibiscus powder will give the drink not only the most delicate pink tint, but also add an interesting floral sourness.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of espresso or strong coffee from a French press
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 50 ml of ginger syrup
  • 15 g dry hibiscus

Step 1
Pour coffee into a large cup. Whisk the milk and pour over.
Step 2
Add ginger syrup and stir with a stick
Step 3
Grind the hibiscus in a blender into powder and sprinkle the drink on top.
