Sausage pie
Not a very familiar pie filling - but very successful, believe me.
Ingredients
- puff yeast dough 650 g
- ham salami "Myasnitsky Ryad" 400 g
- Adyghe cheese 350 g
- onion 1 pc.
- potatoes 3 pcs.
- mayonnaise "Maheev" 6 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the salami into 6-8 mm cubes.
Step 2
Chop the onion finely and sauté in butter.
Step 3
Cut the pre-cooked potatoes until half cooked into cubes with a side of 6-8 mm.
Step 4
Cut the Adyghe cheese into 6-8 mm cubes.
Step 5
Roll out 2/3 of the dough and place in a baking pan with the edges hanging slightly.
Step 6
Combine onions, salami, potatoes, cheese and mayonnaise. Season with pepper and salt, if necessary.
Step 7
Place the filling into the mold.
