Lingonberry and apple pie

The pie turns out to be very fragrant, juicy and tender! Good both warm and cold. Sour cream, yoghurt or ice cream can be served with a warm pie.

Ingredients
  • oatmeal 200 g
  • apples 400 g
  • lingonberry 6 tbsp
  • sugar 100 g
  • cream 250 ml
  • butter 100 g
  • coconut flakes 2 tbsp
  • salt 1 pinch (s)

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Dissolve the butter, add sugar and wait until it dissolves and caramel is about to begin to form. Pour in oatmeal and lightly fry (caramelize) them.
Step 2
Peel the apples (3-4 pcs.) From the skin and seed box and rub on a coarse grater. Then add lingonberries to them and mix gently. I have frozen lingonberries, you don't need to defrost them!
Step 3
Grease a baking dish and spread the caramelized oatmeal. Put the filling of apples and lingonberries on top of the oatmeal. Sprinkle on top with coconut or nut chips. This will add extra aroma and flavor!
Step 4
Fill everything with cream, sprinkle with brown sugar. Send to the oven preheated to 190 ° C for 25-35 minutes. Let it cool slightly and serve.
