Pie with potatoes, turkey and mushrooms
Ingredients
- yeast dough 1 kg
- turkey fillet 500 g
- potatoes 1 kg
- forest mushrooms 300 g
- salt 1 tsp
- pepper 0.5 tsp
- sesame seeds 2 tablespoons
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp
- chicken egg 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the turkey fillet into thin strips.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut into strips.
Step 3
Boil the forest mushrooms for 5 minutes, add to the potatoes.
Step 4
Combine all the components of the filling: potatoes, mushrooms, turkey. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Spread slightly more than half of the dough in an even layer on a baking sheet. Spread the filling evenly on top.
Step 6
Bake the pie in the oven for 50 minutes - 1 hour. The top crust will acquire a golden hue during this time.
