Ossetian pies

I recommend making Ossetian pies with cheese. Juicy pastries are perfect for snacks. While traveling in the Caucasus, I tried pies with different fillings, but I stopped at the cheese made according to old recipes.

Ingredients
  • flour 500 g
  • sulguni cheese 200 g
  • yeast 12 g
  • eggs 1 pc.
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • salt 1 pinch (s)
  • greens 200 g

Step 1
To make baked goods more appetizing, brush the prepared Ossetian pies with butter. The recipe can be changed by adding another filling (meat, vegetarian). Serve warm with classic Caucasian sauces, vegetables and herbs.
