Pies with cabbage and egg on choux pastry
Do you want grandma's pies, lush and ruddy? Try making custard yeast dough for patties. Soft, airy, rosy and pot-bellied pies are obtained, but so tasty that you want them again and again.
Ingredients
- cabbage 500 g
- egg 3 pcs.
- green onions 1 bunch (s)
- greens 1 bunch (s)
- salt 1 tsp
- pepper 0.5 tsp
- vegetable oil for the filling 2 tbsp.
- fast-acting yeast 7 g
- vegetable oil for frying 300 ml
- vegetable oil for the dough 4 tbsp.
- water 2 glass (s)
- sugar 1 tbsp
- flour 4 glass (s)
- onions 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Sift flour (4 tbsp.). Make a depression in the center and pour in the water with the dissolved yeast. Add a glass of boiling water and quickly knead the dough. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes. During this time, prepare the filling.
Step 2
For the filling in vegetable oil (2 tablespoons), fry chopped cabbage (0.5 kg), onions (1 pc.). Season with salt and pepper. Add a bunch of green onions and parsley, dill. Cool the filling, add chopped eggs (3 pcs.). Mix.
