Apple pie with streusel
Ingredients
- sour cream 250 g
- eggs 1 pc.
- sugar 250 g
- vanilla sugar 20 g
- flour 200 g
- butter 150 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- salt 0.5 tsp
- icing sugar 2 tbsp
- cranberries 100 g
- apples 4 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Melt 100 grams of butter, add 50 grams of sour cream, mix. Add salt and baking powder to flour (150 grams). Mix with butter. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and cut the apples.
Step 3
Add 200 grams of sugar, 20 grams of vanilla sugar, 1 egg to 200 grams of sour cream. Mix. Add 50 grams of flour, mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Dust the mold (22-24 cm) with flour. Smooth the dough into shape and form the sides. Put half of the berries, apples and the other half of the berries on top. Pour sour cream on top. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 5
Cooking Streusel. Mix 50 grams of flour, 50 grams of butter and 50 grams of sugar with your hands. Put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the cake from the oven and spread the streusel very quickly on top. Send the cake to the oven for another 15-20 minutes. Let the cake cool completely. Decorate with powdered sugar on top.
