Whole-grain pies with flaky, seaweed and egg
Ingredients
- dried seaweed 2 handfuls
- runny 1 bundle (s)
- butter 4 tablespoons
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- chia seeds for sprinkling
- egg yolk for brushing
- whole grain flour 2 cup (s)
- wheat flour 1 cup (s)
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- fast-acting yeast 1.5 tsp
- sugar 1 tbsp
- salt 2/3 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare the dough in HP. To do this, place all the ingredients for the dough in the order indicated by your HP. Turn on dough mode. At the end of kneading, remove the dough from the HP bowl and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step 2
For the filling, boil hard boiled eggs.
Step 3
Rinse off, remove the stems, dry.
Step 4
Cover the seaweed with hot water and let it swell.

Chop finely. Place the chopped white flakes and seaweed in a bowl.

Add chopped eggs, melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and the filling is ready.

Divide the dough into small pieces, roll each piece, put 1-2 tablespoons on them. fillings depending on the size of the patties.

Blind the patties, place seam side down on oiled parchment, allow space, then brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with chia seeds.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
