Cheesecake with goat cheese and blueberries
Ingredients
- For the test:
- flour 3 glass (s)
- milk 1 glass (s)
- sugar 3 tbsp
- butter 3 tbsp.
- salt 1 tsp
- fast-acting yeast 1 tsp
- For filling:
- goat curd 200 g
- sugar 2 tbsp
- vanillin 1.5 g
- egg 1 pc.
- butter 1 tbsp
- blueberries 1.5 glass (s)
- corn starch 2 tbsp
- cane sugar + for sprinkling 3 tbsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare the dough in HP. To do this, first add liquid, then dry ingredients - milk, salt, sugar, butter, sifted flour and yeast to the HP bowl. Turn on the dough mode, at the end of kneading, leave the dough in the HP bowl for 30 minutes (to fit). I only used half of the dough (the rest is in the freezer for another time).
Step 2
For the filling, add salt, sugar, egg, softened butter to the curd, mix until smooth.
