Ingredients
  • 400 g of boiled condensed milk
  • 3 bananas
  • 300 ml cream 35% fat
  • dark chocolate for decoration
  • 250 g cookies
  • 55 g margarine 60%

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Place the cookies in the bowl of a food processor and crush into small crumbs. Add melted margarine and stir.
Step 2
Put boiled condensed milk on the base and smooth. Cut the bananas into circles and lay out in the next layer.
Step 3
Whisk the cream until soft peaks and place on top of the bananas. Use a spoon to create "waves" on the surface. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Using a thin knife, draw along the side of the mold and carefully remove the ring. Melt the chocolate and pour a thin stream over the dessert.
