Lean pie with mushrooms and sauerkraut
Ingredients
- 1.2 kg yeast dough
- 600 g sauerkraut
- 100 g dry forest mushrooms
- 2 large onions
- 1 large bunch (100 g) green onions
- vegetable oil
- aromatic sunflower oil
- strong black tea

Step 1
Finely chop the onions and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, 10 minutes. Add mushrooms (pre-cut large pieces in half or 4 pieces) and fry for another 3 minutes. Add cabbage and mushroom broth, stew a little. Separately fry the green onions in vegetable oil and add to the cabbage.
Step 2
Bake the cake in the center of the oven at 170 ° C for about 40 minutes. Brush the finished cake with fragrant oil and cool slightly before serving, 20 minutes.
