Ingredients
  • For the test:
  • flour 140 g
  • egg white 1 pc.
  • butter 50 g
  • fine sugar 1 tbsp
  • ice water 3 tbsp.
  • For the cream:
  • lemon jam Maheev 3 tbsp
  • lemon 2 pcs.
  • cane sugar 70 g
  • egg 2 pcs.
  • For caramelized lemons:
  • lemon 1/2 pc.
  • cane sugar 5 tbsp

Step 1
Simultaneously with the cake, cook the caramelized lemon. To do this, pour half of the sugar into a dry frying pan, put thin slices of lemon, sprinkle with the remaining sugar on top. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes, turn over the lemon slices half the time, cook until caramelized.
