Mini pies with baked eggplant, minced meat and pine nuts
The filling for this pie can be prepared in advance - grind minced meat, bake eggplants. And in the morning you just have to put the filling into the rolled dough and bake such portioned mini-pies
Ingredients
- for 6 tin pies:
- minced meat 350 g
- pine nuts 20 g
- eggplant 350 g
- puff pastry 300 g
- yolk (for lubrication) 1 pc.
- bread crumbs 2 tbsp
- salt
- pepper
- garlic 1 pc.
- onion 1 pc.
- spices to taste
- finely cut greens 2 tbsp.
- vegetable oil
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wrap the eggplants in foil, drizzle with oil, and bake until soft for about 30 minutes. Peel finely chop or mash with a fork.
Step 2
Wrap the remaining dough inside and brush with yolk. Make small cuts in the dough with a knife to allow steam to escape.
Step 3
Bake until golden brown for 30-40 minutes.
