Quick pies with minced meat, cheese and corn
Ingredients
- puff pastry 1 sheet
- minced meat 200 g
- frozen corn 100 g
- egg white 1 pc.
- sesame seeds 1 tsp
- cheese 100 g
- oregano 0.5 tsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We take the finished puff pastry out of the freezer in advance and defrost it on the lower shelf in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Fry the minced meat in olive oil with the addition of oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Add frozen corn to the almost completely finished minced meat and simmer until tender.
Step 4
Every 4 cm we make shallow cuts in the cake along the entire length of the cake.
Step 5
We send it to the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, as soon as the dough is brown enough, we take it out and cut it into portions.
