Gluten Free Plum Clafoutis
Gluten-free baked goods have several advantages: they do not recover from them, they are suitable for various diets and for some forms of allergies, since they are completely excluded from wheat protein and gluten. And most importantly, it is delicious!
Ingredients
- 500 g plum
- 3 eggs
- 110 g sugar
- 225 ml of coconut milk
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 30 g butter
- 25 g cornstarch
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Lubricate the molds with oil.
Step 2
Cut the plum into wedges and place in a baking dish.
Step 3
Beat eggs together with sugar.
Step 4
Add coconut milk, vanilla extract and melted margarine.
Step 5
Add starch gradually, beat until smooth.
Step 6
