Berry and Fruit Crumble
An English fruit dessert with crispy crunchy crumb and juicy, aromatic filling.
Ingredients
- butter 80 g
- cane sugar 3 tbsp
- oatmeal 3 tbsp.
- almonds 70 g
- ground cinnamon "Kotanyi" 2 tsp
- apples 4 pcs.
- cranberries 100 g
- flour 2 tbsp.
- mint 2 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
To prepare fruit crumble, prepare the following products: apples, cranberries, flour, oatmeal, cane sugar, butter, "Kotanyi" ground cinnamon, nuts, mint.
Step 2
Grind the oatmeal with the nuts. Add flour, cane sugar (2 tablespoons), ground cinnamon and butter (70 grams). Grind everything together into streusel crumbs.
Step 3
Melt 10 grams of butter in a frying pan, put the diced apples. Sprinkle apples on top with 1 tbsp. cane sugar. Add cranberries. Slightly darken apples with cranberries over medium heat. Add finely chopped mint.
Step 4
Fill the molds with fruit and berry filling. Put the streusel crumbs on top. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the crumble for 25-30 minutes.
