Homemade chebureks

Homemade chubureks are tasty, more useful and by the way not difficult. You can freeze some of the products and, if necessary, fry in batches. You can make the dish super healthy and just bake the products in the oven (like pies, I do this for children)!

Ingredients
  • flour 500 g
  • butter 25 g
  • vegetable oil 25 g
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • sugar 1/2 tsp.
  • boiling water 200 ml
  • minced meat (beef, pork, chicken) mix 400 g
  • onion turnip 150 g
  • water / kefir 100 ml
  • salt and pepper 1 tsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Put salt, sugar, butter and 100 grams of flour in boiling water, mix actively. Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough, mix well. We leave for 1 hour.
Step 2
While we are making minced meat, by the way, I like 2 cloves of garlic, add‼ ️1 / 2 of the onion in a meat grinder, skip the rest, chop the rest. Mix everything, it is necessary that the filling is not very thick, as for the pancakes approximately, you can add more water.
Step 3
We pinch off the dough, roll it out thinly, cut out the mugs with a saucer, lay out the filling in half, cover with the second half and sculpt the edges well.
Step 4
Fry in hot vegetable oil (2 cm thick layer of butter) for 3-4 minutes on each side over moderate heat.
