Nectarine Pie with Apricot Jam
Ingredients
- butter 110 g
- flour 250 g
- egg 4 pcs.
- icing sugar 50 g
- milk 2 tbsp.
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- For the cream:
- milk 2.5% 80 ml
- yogurt 90 g
- corn starch 1/2 tablespoon
- vanilla paste - on the tip of a knife
- fine sugar 100 g
- nectarines 2 pcs.
- apricot jam Maheev-4 tbsp.
- For crumb:
- butter 1 tbsp
- flour
- fine sugar 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the butter into a bowl (leave 1 tablespoon for the crumbs), add the icing sugar, flour (leave a little for the crumbs). Rub into crumbs with your hands, add 2 eggs, a pinch of salt and knead the dough (add 1-2 tablespoons of cold milk if necessary). Stir the dough until smooth. Form the dough into a ball, wrap with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Roll the dough into a circle, put it in a greased baking dish, decorating the sides, often prick the dough with a fork, cover it with a sheet of parchment, put dry beans or rice on top and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the dough pan from the oven. Warm the apricot jam slightly in the microwave (5-10 seconds), brush the surface of the base of the pie with it, then put the slices of nectarine, pour the cream on top and bake further in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the cake from the oven, brush the surface again with warmed apricot jam and sprinkle with crumbs. For crumb, combine butter with sugar and flour and bake for another 5-7 minutes on grill until the top of the pie is browned.
