Oat pie with pumpkin and apples
  • egg 1 pc.
  • butter 50 g
  • honey 2 tbsp
  • kefir 1 glass (s)
  • oatmeal thin 1/2 cup (s)
  • flour 1 cup (s)
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • cinnamon 1 tbsp
  • pumpkin 500 g
  • apples 3-4 pcs.
  • gelatin 2 pcs.


Step 1
Grind soft butter with honey (sugar can be used) and an egg, add oatmeal pre-soaked in kefir, then gradually add the dry mixture of flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Knead the dough.
Step 2
We transfer the finished dough into a mold, bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes (we check the readiness with a wooden stick)
Step 3
Take the finished cake out of the mold and let it cool (on a wire rack), cover the same form with cling film, gently transfer the cooled base into it, fill in the pumpkin-apple puree and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (until it hardens completely)
Step 4
We decorate our pie with fruits and berries.
