Pies with minced meat and mushrooms
Delicious, soft and ruddy pies. Cooking is very simple. The filling to your taste, you can cook sweet and savory.
Ingredients

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Let's make a dough. 1 tbsp. Mix a spoonful of flour with yeast and sugar (b / g). Add warm kefir, mix with a whisk. We put the bowl in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Let's make the dough. Sift the wheat flour through a sieve.
Step 3
Add 60 ml vegetable oil to the dough, 150 ml of the remaining kefir and salt, mix.
Step 4
Add flour in parts to the liquid mixture and knead a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands. Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil (1 tsp), put the dough, cover with foil. We put the bowl in a warm place to rise the dough 2-2.5 times.
Step 5
Let's prepare the filling. Cut the peeled onions into cubes and fry in hot vegetable oil until transparent.
Step 6
Add minced meat, fry until "white".
Step 7
Then we spread the mushrooms, peeled and cut into slices.
Step 8
After 2-3 minutes add butter (15 g), diced bell peppers, seasoning for meat, ground pepper and salt, mix. Cooking until the filling is ready.
Step 9
Remove the frying pan with the filling from the heat and add boiled eggs grated on a coarse grater, mix.
Step 10
Let's form pies. After the first rise, knead the dough, after the second rise, put the dough on a tabletop slightly dusty with flour.
Step 11
Divide the dough into 17 parts. Each piece is 40 grams, roll into balls.
Step 12
Roll each ball of dough into a circle with a tea saucer. Put the filling 1 tbsp. a spoon with a slide.
