Vertuta with feta cheese
Ingredients
- feta cheese 200 g
- puff pastry 500 g
- egg 1 pc.
- sesame
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Roll out the defrosted puff pastry and cut into long strips. On each strip of dough, evenly spread the cheese, grated on a coarse grater. We pinch the edges of the strips and twist the flagella from them.
Step 2
Put baking paper on a baking sheet and grease it with a little sunflower oil.
Step 3
We put the resulting flagella in a spiral on paper greased with sunflower oil. Then grease the vertutu with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. We put to bake in the oven until golden brown.
