Ingredients
  • peeled walnuts 50 g
  • cane sugar 2 tbsp
  • butter 35 g
  • apples 4 pcs.
  • egg 2 pcs.
  • sugar 1/2 cup (s)
  • milk 1/2 glass (s)
  • wheat flour 1 cup (s)
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • cinnamon tsp
  • corn starch 2 tsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
For the dough, beat eggs with sugar. Add milk, baking powder and cinnamon to the egg mixture. Mix.
Step 2
Add sifted flour. Stir gently until smooth. Our dough is ready.
Step 3
Wash the apples, peel them. Cut the apples into petals using a peeler. Add peeled apples to the dough.
Step 4
Put the dough in a split form with a diameter of 18-20 cm (after greasing with oil). Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Step 5
For pouring, beat eggs with sugar, add coarsely ground walnuts. Remove the cake from the oven, pour over the resulting mixture and cook at the same temperature for another 10-15 minutes (until browned on top).
