Chocolate biscuits with berries

A very simple, quick and effective dessert - good for family teas and children's birthdays.

Chocolate biscuits with berries
Ingredients
  • 180 g dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
  • 100 g butter + more for greasing the mold
  • 5 eggs
  • 75 g fine crystalline sugar
  • 15 g flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 2 st. l. Teddy bear
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 300 g of any berries, fresh or thawed

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
For a side dish, heat honey with lemon juice and 2 tbsp. l. water to a boil. Pour this mixture over the berries, stir as gently as possible and refrigerate.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Chop the chocolate and melt it in a saucepan over a water bath. Remove from heat. Place the softened butter, cut into pieces, into the chocolate.
Step 3
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whisk the yolks with 30 g of sugar, avoiding foaming. Whisk the whites into a fluffy foam with 45 g of remaining sugar. Mix the yolk and chocolate mixture. Enter the beaten egg whites.
Step 4
Sift flour and cocoa together. Mix with chocolate and egg mass.
Step 5
Divide the resulting dough evenly into 8 heat-resistant ceramic tins. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot, straight out of the oven, seasoned with berries.
