Ingredients
  • for shortcrust pastry: Flour 240 gr.
  • icing sugar 50g
  • egg 1 pc.
  • cold butter 150 gr
  • cold water 1-2 tablespoons
  • for filling: Apricot jam "Maheev" 300 g
  • cottage cheese 300 g
  • icing sugar 2 tbsp
