Buns with plums and icing
Ingredients
  • flour 270 g
  • cane sugar (65 g - for dough, 65 g - for sprinkling) 130 g
  • milk 125 ml
  • icing sugar 50 g
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • fast-acting yeast 2/3 tsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Wash and dry the plums. Cut into halves, remove seeds. Divide the dough into 6 parts, shape into round buns, leave in a warm place for 20 minutes, then make indentations with a rolling pin, sprinkle each depression with a little cane sugar.
Step 2
Put the halves of the plums in the recess, cut down, pressing them into the dough. Let stand in a warm place for 30 minutes. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
