Coconut cookies
Ingredients
- flour 100 g
- sugar 150 g
- butter 150 g
- egg 2 pcs.
- baking powder 1 tsp
- oatmeal 40 g
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- For glaze:
- egg white 1 pc.
- icing sugar 120 g
- multi-colored coconut - for decoration
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Beat the softened butter with sugar until a tender, fluffy mass is formed. In another bowl, beat eggs, add eggs to butter mixture and stir. Sift flour there, add oatmeal, salt and baking powder. Knead the dough with your hands.
Step 2
Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out the figurines with a cookie cutter.
