Herring rolls in mustard marinade
  • fresh herring 1 pc.
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • 1/3 carrots
  • onion 1/2 pc.
  • apple, slice 1 pc.
  • mustard chicken marinade from Maheev 1/4 pcs.
  • vegetable oil-for frying


Step 1
Prepare ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the fish from bone and skin. Lightly salt, rub with freshly ground black pepper.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion, cut the carrots and apples into strips. Fry the carrots and onions separately in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Put vegetables, apples on the edge of the herring fillet, roll the herring into a roll, fasten with toothpicks.
Step 5
Pour the mustard marinade over the rolls and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 6
Cut the fish into pieces and serve. Decorate with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
