Celery and potato gnocchi
Ingredients
  • 400 g celery tuber
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 600 g potatoes
  • olive oil
  • 1 small head of garlic
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 100 g flour + a little more
  • 30-40 g walnuts
  • 0.5-1 tsp dried thyme
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Squeeze out the pulp of the garlic and transfer to a blender bowl along with the baked celery, potatoes and carrots. Add nutmeg and flour. Whisk until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add olive oil literally drop by drop and re-mix.
