Stuffed onion

Together with onions, you can cook other stuffed vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, zucchini) - you get a wonderful assortment that looks very nice when served.

Ingredients
  • 2 large onions
  • 500 g minced lamb and beef with fat
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 150 ml dry white wine
  • butter
  • 1 tsp spice mixtures for pilaf
  • salt

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut the peeled onions in half, core out and separate the outer layers so that you have 8-12 cups. Chop the onion from the center very finely.
Step 2
Chop the garlic in the same way, cut the tomato into small cubes.
Step 3
Combine chopped onion, garlic and tomato, season with salt and spices, add meat and knead thoroughly.
