Chicken "Festive"
What a New Year's table without stuffed chicken ?! Cooking a bird stuffed with vegetables, pickling in a spicy marinade.
Ingredients
- chicken 1.7 kg
- sour cream 4 tbsp
- mustard TM "Maheev" 2 tbsp.
- ketchup "Chili" TM "Maheev" 2 tbsp.
- ground coriander 1/2 tsp
- garlic (clove) 5 pcs.
- salt 1.5 tsp
- onion 3 pcs.
- bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Let's prepare the products.

Chop the garlic.
Step 3
Put sour cream, ground coriander, salt in a cup. Add mustard TM "Maheev".
Step 4
Add chopped garlic and ketchup "Chili" TM "Maheev".
Step 5
Mix the mass well. The marinade is ready.
Step 6
We cut vegetables.
Step 7
Put the chopped vegetables in a cup and add half of the prepared marinade.
Step 8
Mix the mass.
Step 9
Put the vegetable mass inside the chicken.
Step 10
We fasten the skin on the abdomen with skewers. We tie the chicken legs with a thread.
Step 11
Put the chicken in a baking bag. Add the remaining marinade and coat the chicken evenly. We tie a bag with chicken and put it in a cold place for 1 hour.
Step 12
Then put the bag of pickled chicken on a baking sheet, making 3-4 punctures in the upper part of the bag. We place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake the chicken for 1 hour at 140-150 degrees.
Step 13
After 1 hour we cut the bag, increase the temperature to 200 degrees. We bake the chicken for another 20 minutes, pouring the released juices every 5-7 minutes.
